Returns & Refunds

In case you want to return or exchange your purchase, you are by law required to let us know within 14 days, from the day you receive your purchase. To be entitled to a refund, your purchase needs to be returned in the same condition as you purchased it, this means unused, other than for trying on, this also includes the packaging. If a returned purchase shows any signs of that it has been in use, the buyer will lose the right to return the product. All returns need to be verified before shipping in case our office are closed. Pls. note if returns are not verified, the responsibility for the purchase will belong to the buyer.

Return Costs and Refunds

All expenses around returns costs incl. shipping, paid VAT/custom fees etc. are on your behalf. We do not in any form or way refund VAT / custom fees in case of return. To prevent fraud, we only do refunds to the payment channel used when the item was purchased. We will refund the full amount upon receiving the returned item in mint condition. We don’t do any refunds before we have received the returned item.


Change of Mind / Refusing a Purchase

If a buyer refuses to receive a shipment after purchase or doesn’t take any actions to pick up the purchase, all expenses regarding a return of the parcel, will be the buyer’s liability. Beyond the return shipping, any additional fees, such as duties, taxes etc. will be deducted from the amount paid.


Complaints

Faulty jewellery due to manufacturing, which does not include wear and tear, will be repaired or replaced. Your guaranty lasts 2 yrs from purchase date. Before contacting us pls. make sure you have a valid receipt on your purchase. Without the receipt we can’t help you and instead advise you to use a local goldsmith to help you with repairs.  Jewellery repaired by others looses the guaranty and cannot be returned.
